Every Sky Atlas Print piece is produced only after you order it, so a short production window comes before your parcel begins its journey. This page explains how that works and how long delivery usually takes within the European Union.
Production time
Because our prints are made to order rather than held in stock, each item is first produced by our European print partner once your order has been accepted. Production typically takes a few working days, depending on the size and finish you choose. You will receive a dispatch notice by email when your order leaves the print facility.
Delivery times
After production, delivery across the European Union usually takes 3 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on your country and the local carrier. The overall time you wait is therefore the production window plus this delivery window.
Where we ship
We currently ship to destinations across the European Union. Because items are produced within Europe and sent within the EU, orders normally arrive without customs charges. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or seasonal demand.
Tracking your order
Where the carrier provides tracking for your destination, we include the tracking reference in your dispatch email so you can follow the parcel to your door.
Addresses and delays
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed or returned parcel. If a delivery seems to be taking much longer than the estimates above, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it with the carrier.
